It’s been cold and all there is to do is wear a jacket indoors and blast to your ipods through the speakers at home, so I decided Coby needed a hair cut. Coby HATES hearing the scissors cut through his hair as I attempt to hold him down on a chair at the same time. Normally he gets his fur cut at the pet store, but I think I would treat him a lot better than someone cutting fur for money. =]
I recently found out Coby also HATES snow… he became sick right after playing in it. I was wondering if there are such things as dog medicine for flu symptoms haha. Good news is he recovered after I put a blanket over him when he slept and fueled him up on water and food.
Best wishes being healthy,

Another day of Coby’s adventurous life begins!… or not… Coby decided to be lazy today, he doesn’t even move a bit when I come tumbling downstairs in the morning. I make sure he is still breathing by slamming my bottled water against the table, ironically he just turns slowly towards me as if I’m crazy and goes back to sleep….I really wonder what could cause him to be so sleepy…insomnia??
ZZzZzzzZz I start to wonder if this could be a start of something he has big planned, hmm a hunt for the neighborhood cat? Or maybe he wants to be a bear by entering hibernation status? Whatever it is, he is ganna be ready for sure! Either way, I’m sensing another adventure coming soon, stick around to find out what Coby is up to!

This is my dog Coby! He is a family house dog, YES “house dog” living in Northern Virginia. I adopted him from the shelter a few months ago and I love him! He is always barking at people and random object running near the house, so I figured he wanted to become more popular.
He has the cuties way of sitting on one leg and looking confused, but he only sits like that when he wants to, never when I tell him to sit… I have been trying to teach him as many tricks as I can lately, such as “shy” where he puts his paw on his face. This trick has been taking awhile but I’m sure he will learn it soon!
Every time he does trick I give him a treat, and Coby is ALWAYS hungry; he would never stop eating if I kept feeding him, as a result I often let him out onto the deck to exercise and lose some weight. This blog is all about the life of Coby, the curious Maltese, so visit often as I capture the cute and funny stuff he does on a daily basis!
